      Dr. Chao-shiuan Liu, is Chairman of Taipei-based, Foundation of Chinese Culture for Sustainable Development, established in 2015. As the founder of this new non-profit organization, Dr. Liu serves as an intellectual ambassador and has given lectures on Chinese culture, civilization and sustainable development.
